Mohamed Hesham

Mohamed Hesham is a prominent investment banking and financial advisory professional with a wealth of relevant expertise in lead origination and execution across MENA and exposure to investment banking, equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and debt capital market transactions. Mr Hesham was the lead banker that managed the formation of International Holding Company (IHC) in 2019 and has since acted in a CIO and advisory role to the Group. Following his appointment as CIO of 2PointZero, Mr Hesham has overseen investments and strategy, utilising his rich understanding of target markets and transactions. He began his investment banking career in Egypt as a Senior Analyst at ENMAA Financial Services in 2009, which was followed by a three-year tenure at Beltone Financial Holding from 2012. In November 2015, Mr Hesham was recruited to SHUAA Capital PSC as Director of Investment Banking where he worked on several industry-shaping acquisitions and a significant number of flagship transactions across MENA, including over AED 1.4 billion in sukuk and bond issuances
