Mr. Daud Bin Farooq heads up the Company’s compliance function. With a career spanning over 16 years, Mr. Farooq has diverse legal experience in several jurisdictions, including the UAE and Pakistan. His expertise extends across diverse legal sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, projects (including energy, mining, and real estate development), capital markets, corporate governance, and restructuring. Mr. Farooq also has extensive experience providing strategic advice to key stakeholders, board members and senior executives. Presently, Mr. Farooq is serving as the Group Head of Legal for IHC. Since assuming the role, Mr. Farooq has successfully advised and ensured completion of substantial number of transactions both in the UAE and internationally, as well as listings on the capital markets that have contributed towards the unparalleled growth of IHC Group. Mr. Farooq is a lawyer, qualified in Pakistan.
